2.General Terms and Conditions
Using www.thasosblue.com website and the services offered are governed by the Terms and Conditions that apply to all detention orders, or electronic, or telephone or directly at the hotel reception.
By booking a room or other service offered by the Thasos Blue Apartments, each user accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
The Thassos Blue hotel Apartments guarantees that your personal data its for the hotel use and only.
3.Booking
With the completion of the relevant fields of application specific booking site, is reservation made through the portal, but also for any other book (telephone user through call center and reservation made by the user at the hotel reception), the user gives explicit command at the hotel proceed to booking. The reservation command binds the user in each case.
The reservation is valid after you pay the the amount of money regarding your booking and receive the special (.pdf) Confirmation from the hotel that its include the details of your booking. That takes 24 hours after use our booking engine.
4.Reservations & Deposits
– For bookings TBa has the authority to charge your credit card with the amount of money regarding your reservation policy at any time before your arrival (partially refundable 50%).
– Payment credit cards accepted by the hotel VISA & MASTERCARD.
5. Check In & Check Out Policy
Check In : from 15:00
Check Out : until 11:00
– Check in and Check out time can be modified after request and availability with extra charge.
5.1. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, change you will be charged the amount of money regarding your reservation policy.
In case of no show up you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
6. Payment
For room reservations through the website, it is possible to pay either by credit card in the system and via pay pal or by credit card through Alpha Bank credit card management system.
The possible payment methods listed on the website during the booking paid at the hotel reception, cash or card.
6.1. Charges Taxis
Prices quoted on the Website in correspondence with each commodity offered are the total price for the service of accommodation, corresponding taxes and fees for services provided via the Website, in force at the time of booking integration. Note that the only tax its not included it’s the night tax that its charged at the hotel reception and its (0.50euro/night/apartment).
7. Confirmation
Boarding – tourist service through the website purchase, the user will receive confirmation of the reservation – market through e – mail and is obliged to check the correctness of confirmation data and update as soon as possible for any discrepancies or errors on the original reservation entered. The late reporting of errors and discrepancies in no way entitle him to withdraw from the contract.
8. User Liability
For the use of this website, the user assures that he is over 18 years and takes responsibility for any use of this website by minors on their behalf.
The user is required and obliged to use the website in accordance with the law and following the indicated terms.
Use of any of the website with deceptive purposes, profit or purposes which could cause a malfunction in the provision of services.
Any illegal move to the use of the site will result in the exclusion of the user from accessing the services provided by this service.
8.1 Family Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (7 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room except some rooms that can afford children up to 6 years old. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
8.2 Extra Charges
Note: At this hotel guests 6 and under are considered children. All other guests are considered adults.
- Extra rollaway: Not available.
- Child rollaway: 1 per apartment
- Baby Crib: 1 per apartment
Note: not all rooms may be able to accommodate rollaway or cribs. Please contact the hotel directly for more information or demands of rollaway or cribs.
The hotel have the authority to modify your reservation in case in case the agreement is not respected and to modify the reservation to another room if that its possible charging you the rest of the money.
9. Modification – Renewal of Terms and Conditions
The Thasos Blue Apartments has the right to amend or renew the above trading conditions on the use of this site at any time with effect for the future without creating the user’s obligation to inform about.
