Booking Policy

– Check – In time : 15:00.

– Check – Out time : 11:00.

– In order to complete your reservation you need to prepay 20-30% of the total cost of your stay.

The client is required during his/her stay in the establishment to hand over an official document recognized by a public authority, identity card or passport or valid driving license.

The client must hand over the room by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Otherwise, 50% of the room price will be charged until 18:00, and 100% beyond that time.

Cancellation Policy

As far as the cancellation policy is concerned, this, according to Article 8 of Law 1652/30-10-1986, Government Gazette 167A, is as follows:

Guests can cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. In this case, you are not paid. If they cancel after this period has elapsed, you will be paid for each night’s stay that took place, plus 1 extra night, and 50% for all other nights that did not take place. Postponement of the booking date and cancellation of an earlier booking date is prohibited. Any bank charges are at the customer’s expense.
